Hi,
i need to migrate multiple self-managed instances to saas but i cannot see the Direct Transfer enabled anymore in Gitlab.com it says:
Importing groups by direct transfer is currently disabled. Please ask your Administrator to enable it in the Admin settings. Remember to enable it also on the instance you are migrating from.
In SaaS i cannot access to the admin area. I’m sure I already did that in the past. What is changed? Can you please give me advices?

Some importing functionality has been disabled on GitLab.com, you can check the status of this and follow our status page for updates:
Any ETA? This is blocking me as well.
