Saas Direct Transfer API disabled

i need to migrate multiple self-managed instances to saas but i cannot see the Direct Transfer enabled anymore in it says:

Importing groups by direct transfer is currently disabled. Please ask your Administrator to enable it in the Admin settings. Remember to enable it also on the instance you are migrating from.

In SaaS i cannot access to the admin area. I’m sure I already did that in the past. What is changed? Can you please give me advices?

Any ETA? This is blocking me as well.

Sorry, I don’t have an ETA that I can share - But we’ll certainly update the status page once we have more detailed information.
