Gitlab not rendering correctly - not showing line numbers and commits text collapsed

Hi,
I found the issue after I upgraded gitlab to the latest version v16.8.1
The line numbers is not showing when I browse the source file and it happened to all the files except .py file. And the commits are not rendered correctly after clicking the “blame” button. Attached the screenshot for reference. (you could see there is no file blame button when browsing .py file)

It works as expected by upgrading to v16.9.0
