Hi,
I have a self hosted gitlab instance and i want to upgrade to starter or premium. I have currently 4 users (developers) in my instance and 4 guests (clients). So i have 8 gitlab users in total. I have read that with starter and premium license you need also to pay the full user price. Is there a way i can give my clients only access to the issue board without needing to pay all the 8 licenses?
