How can one install OMNIBUS gitlab and OMNIBUS gitlab_ci 7.11.4 on same server?

since these ports are already being used by omnibus gitlab and there are complains about 8080 and 80 when trying to setup the gitlab_ci part
So how does one install both omnibus of gitlab and gitlab_ci on same server (officially)?
