Regarding the Pricing plan.
Say User ABC is member of GitLab Group. GitLab Group purchased Gold plan.
User ABC create a new project XYZ under his name, not GitLab . Does project XYZ get the benefit of Gold plan?

@stephen.yong No, that project would benefit from whichever plan that particular user has. Project XYZ would only benefit from Gold features if it was created explicitly under the GitLab group.

If user ABC is on a free plan and still wants to take advantage of Gold features without subscribing to Gold they can make the project public and it will immediately have access to Gold features.
