How to automatically notify members of MR approvals list when new MR is created?

I have setup ‘Merge request (MR) approvals’ for repository.

But when I open new MR these people are not auto assigned as reviewers and not receive any notifications via mail.

Is it possible to configure so that people from approval list would automatically receive notification on new MR?
