How to see all the merge request I have to approve?

I’m working with multiple repositories organized in multiple groups.
I’m looking for a way to display all the merge requests that I have to approve in all groups and repos.

Right now I have to go in each repo and check one by one if I have to approve something.
This is really inefficient.

I looked at the “ToDos” page but it seems that it only shows the MR assigned to me for merging, and not the one assigned for approval.

Here is our GitLab version: GitLab Enterprise Edition 10.8.7-ee
