Today all our new pipelines are immediately killed with “The pipeline job activity limit is exceeded”
We are on the Free plan (Open source)
When I check the list of pipelines it is at most 6 and the largest stage has only 50 possible jobs (rarely are more than 1/2 the jobs currently active) so at most we are having 300 jobs. This just started happening today so we can do no CI work.
Is there a Gitlab to find out what it is counting as an active job to get to the root of the issue?
Is this a bug introduced with the most recent Gitlab update?
