IP Blacklisted from gitlab

Hello everyone!

We have been using gitlab for some months now.

Since last week, our proxy has been blacklisted from gitlab. It seems we are using too many gitlab-runners (we have around 20), and the docker registry of gitlab, and that seems to have exceeded a limit for gitlab.

There are several internal discussions about staying at gitlab using gitlabCI and gitlab registry, or switching to internal jenkins for CI and to another docker registry. Meanwhile, we are still on gitlabCI and gitlab docker registry.
How could I have a contact to gitlab to know how we can allow again our public IP ? The fact that we go through a proxy seems to be interpreted by gitlab as “too much activity”.

Thanks, and have a good day!

Hello BabylonZeus,

Have you found a solution to this issue ?
I have the same right now.

Thanks.

I don’t run a lot of connections, max 2 machines and never simultaneously, but still my IP seems to be blocked from time to time.
Connecting through a VPN “solves” the issue.

But strangely enough, today I was able to push/pull from my mac, but NOT from my linux machine… Both connect to the internet from the same public IP, same repo and same credentials, so this is weird.

wiresharking the non-working connection indicates gitlab never responds to my connection attempts on that machine (see image)
