Is there any way to override the monospace font used in code blocks?

I am an administrator of self-hosted GitLab server for my company.

I would like override the font used in code blocks so that alphabets and Japanese characters are width-aligned. Is there any way?

I noticed a custom property --default-mono-font is available, but I’m not sure how to set the property in GitLab.
