does anyone know if this is by design:
When I create a new Issue via the List view, it opens the ticket and is pre-filled with the default template.
When I create the Issue via the Board view and hit the little Plus icon next to a swimlane, it will create the issue, but not open the editor - so far so good. When I then edit the issue, the default template is not applied.
This sounds like a bug to me, because I did expect a default template to always apply by default
