I have a question. I recently set up the Service Desk on my GitLab server.
Now I noticed. That under “issues” the “service desk issues” also appear. Is it somehow possible, without filter search, that under “issues” show up without “service desk issues”?
It is simply a matter that on “issues” really only GitLab internally generated issues appear. While under “service desk” only issues appear which were created via email.
