Service Desk doesn't import email issues

I’m running GitLab 15.5.3-ee (self-hosted) on Ubuntu. I’ve previously had Service Desk running fine, but I believe after the latest update the issues no longer get created. I’ve played around with the config to no avail, but one interesting thing I’ve noticed is that GitLab can access the inbox and marks all of the emails as read, but just doesn’t import / create issues for them. I’ve tried this across multiple projects as well, same outcome.

Any suggestions?
