Lost access to 2FA and recovery codes – need help recovering account

Hello,

I haven’t accessed my GitLab account in a long time and no longer have the device where my 2FA app was installed. Unfortunately, I also don’t have my recovery codes saved, and I no longer have access to the computer where the account was set up.

This is a free account, but I still have access to the email address linked to it.

Is there any way to recover access to my account or retrieve the repositories I had?
