Kindly let us know the procedure to follow for upgrading from our current free gitlab.com account (hosted onsite) to a Premium.
Would all our existing repositories/projects be continue to be available after this user upgrade?

- Do existing blocked users be retained?
- What are the changes that we need to take into consideration if we decide to downgrade later?
