My pipelines not running after purchase Minutes

Hi,

So, i have been using GitlabCI with a free subscription having a Group.

Last week i consumed all the free pipeline minutes and today i have purchased 1000 minutes that i assigned to that group.
My issue, is that no pipelines starts, if i do start, they simply are in “running” but nothing happens, even if i re-run previous pipelines that were working last week. I guess also the minutes are properly assigned, because appears that i have consumed 58 minutes already…

Any clue?

I’ve already seen the similiar issue and I believe the best idea is to contact our support team via https://support.gitlab.com. They will definitely fix your problems
