Options missing when creating an issue

Options missing when creating an issue

I am following the GitLab 101 guide for how to create an issue:

But for some reason I do not get any options for the following when creating an issue in any project:

1. Assign the issue to the relevant person
2. Assign a milestone
3. Add a label (or multiple)
4. Add a weight
5. Add a due date

Why could this be? Am I missing anything obvious?
