Pipeline quota exceeded - own runner on Digital Ocean?

I get the following notification on gitlab.com

Click here to purchase more minutes.

This doesn’t make sense for me, because we are using our own Runner on Digital Ocean and Quota Usage is 0 Minutes.

Can you please investigate what happens.
