Problems logging in. I can't log in at all because the verification email was sent to an expired email address

I had registered a Gitlab account with a protonmail address, but I deleted that email address, so the authentication email was sent to a non-existent address and I can no longer log in or do git pull. I have no access rights.

I also tried logging in via VPS socks that I am in charge of, but it seems that access rights cannot be restored unless I authenticate with an email to a non-existent address.

A log like this appeared on the console and turned blue

Cloning into 'tmp-Key'...

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

I am in a lot of hurry because the repository stores KeepassXC’s KDBX encrypted files and university lecture materials!
