After successfully importing a project from GitHub I attempted to transfer the project to a different namespace (group). This failed (never reached success screen).
After this I attempted to create the project manually, but I cannot create a project with the same name. The creation fails every time.
It looks somewhat like the transfer has end part way through and the remnants are blocking attempts to create the project manually. Is there any way to recover from this?
