Recovery codes not working

Hi, I have lost my phone and therefore my 2FA code for accessing my account.

I have written down the many recovery codes that Gitlab provided me when I activated the 2FA.

I am trying to recover my account, but none of the recovery codes work. This is horrible because I cannot access my account.

Is it possible to unlink my email from this locked account so I can create a new account with the same email?

I have the same issue, how did you solve it?

Here have the same issue… change my phone and lost 2FA. Any solutions?? im owner for some projects
This method has never worked for me (ssh git@gitlab.com 2fa_recovery_codes) and now the ticket only help paid accounts
