2FA disabling

I created an account last year and enabled 2FA. My phone has since been replaced and all 10 of my one time codes do not work (i never used them before so no idea why that is).
My searching found three options
Use a saved recovery code
This didn’t work.
Generate new recovery codes using SSH
I don’t know what URL to use to ssh into and I created my own account so no idea how to give my account an rsa key to ssh in.
Ask a GitLab administrator to disable two-factor authentication on your account
Who’s a global gitlab administrator? I don’t know how to contact one

Any ideas would be appreciated!
(I created this account with a different email so I could post this question)

@gingerdadman Is this regarding an account on GitLab.com? If so, please contact us directly and we’ll assist you.

I’ve opened a ticket but, after 3 days waiting, nobody seems to have read it.

Please, help
Thank you.

@charo.baena What’s the ticket number? I can have a look into it for you.
