Redistributing GitLab EE docker image

Hi,

I have a quick question about GitLab EE license.
I would like to include a GitLab EE docker image in a commercial product.
Is it allowed? I read GitLab EE license (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/ee/LICENSE),
but I am not sure. Can anyone help? Thanks so much.

Good question.

Thank you for your reply. If I understood your comment correctly, it is forbidden to distribute GitLab EE image without some kind of agreement between GitLab and I. Is this correct?

Hello,
I would like to ask the same question. If I understand correctly, it is not possible to redistribute GitLab EE without special agreement, but because Gitlab CE has an MIT license, it is possible to redistribute GitLab CE.
Is that correct?

Thank you
