If I refer in a message of a commit to an issue, which is defined in another project (which is part of the same subgroup though) using projectWhereIssueWasMade#112
, this commit never shows up as …mentioned in commit 9ad5a4f2 … message in the issue view - as it would do, when the commit was done in the same project.
Describing the commit with “fixed …” or “implemented …” even auto-closes the issue as excpected, but the commit reference is still not displayed.
I am using the GitLab Community edition v14.6.2 as on-premise installation.
Before I make an official bug report, I’d like to know, if someone can reproduce this behaviour (or could explain me why it might be expected behaviour).
Thanks!
