All repository is missing after update

What version of GitLab did you upgrade from?
If you were previously running GitLab version 11.9.x - 13.10.2, this could be the symptom of a ransomware attack.
When we check the db of gitlab we are getting following error…
“The data directory was initialized by PostgreSQL version 10, which is not compatible with this version 12.6.”
we have up-graded the db through the command - brew postgresql-upgrade-database and all db has been successfully up-graded but issue is still same,
We tried to uninstall postgreSQL 12.6 but still it’s showing installed…
When trying to access the git URL the error is showing - ERROR - 502 Whoops, GitLab is taking too much time to respond.
