I’m having trouble with service desk issues and replying to original email after moving it to a different project.
My gitlab version is 14.4.2
Exactly as described here: After moving Service Desk issue, email comes in at original (closed) issue (#11391) · Issues · GitLab.org / GitLab · GitLab
- Customer creates service desk issue via email
- Move it to a different project
- Reply to moved issue
- Original customer no longer receives emails.
Any Ideas?
Is this a bug?
