Stopped receiving email notifications on corporate email

Hi guys,

Since 13.07.2021 I stopped receiving email notifications for projects updates on corporate email (linked to my account).


  1. Using WEB UI -
  2. There were no updates in my notification settings page ( and I was receiving plenty of messages before
  3. Switch to different email for notifications helps, but it’s not a solution for my case, I would like to use corporate email as before.
  4. Already contacted our company IT support - no new messages or blocked messages from since specified date
  5. There are other team members that have the same issue for the corporate email.

Suspecting “black-listing” of our corporate domain on some level.
Will be very grateful for investigation.
