Hello, I am a new member of the forum,
I’m having some problems with CI/CD.
I know I get 400 minutes for free.
but when I received the notification that my quota was expired, I bought more quota (10$ package and selected users instead of private projects) I remember that package is 1000 minutes,
The money was deducted but for about a week I still couldn’t use ci/cd, and after that time I was able to continue using ci/cd but I don’t know if I was using the minutes I paid for or not. …
Then about a month later I received a notification that my quota had expired. I’m confused why my quota is running out so quickly?
compared to the 400 minutes provided. it runs out of quota even faster.
anything that could answer this question.
Compute (CI/CD) minutes can be inspected by the top-level namespace/group owner in the Settings > usage quotas
menu. Compute minutes | GitLab The docs also explain how to the compute minutes are calculated which might help understand the pipeline duration and factors.
If you cannot get visibility on how the purchased minutes were used, I’d suggest logging into the support portal (eventually create an account before), and select the form for Billing inquiries/refunds
→ Support Portal | GitLab
