I am maintaining a self-managed version of gitlab, I am attempting to allow Jira to interact with the platform. I am using this plugin.
However after the initial process of the OAuth login to gitlab I believe I am missing the installed hook back to to my gitlab install.

What is the uri of this hook?
Who sends it? (I will need to whitelist the sender)
At the moment I think this is being blocked by our admins.
