Hi, i lost acess to my authentication app, and i don’t have my recovery codes. Is there any way to get acess to the account again and not lose it?

We are just forum members so we cannot help with account recovery. Alternatively, if you uploaded an SSH key to your account on Gitlab, then you can generate recovery codes yourself, see the docs here: Two-factor authentication | GitLab
