Recover two-factor access

Hi all.

I changed my smartphone and I lost my app when I configured my two-factor generating code. So, then this happened, I can not access my Gitlab account.

Is there any way to recover it?

I have a Free account.

I’m guessing, you’d do the same as this: I lost my two-factor authentication code.

You can try the SSH reset method.

Free account 2FA reset is no longer supported by GitLab Support as per GitLab Support is no longer processing MFA resets for free users

Thank you for your replies. I changed my smartphone and notebook. So, I haven’t the Gitlab configured at computer anymore. I don’t know what to do to solve it.
