Whenever I try to access gitlab.com on my home network, I get “connection refused”. (I tried to include a screenshot, but it didn’t work.) Other subdomains work (e.g. about.gitlab.com, forum.gitlab.com), and it works through a VPN, but not on my network. I tried pinging it, and saw that it resolved the IP address and tried to connect but was blocked by the server. What’s happening here?
