Hello Gitlab community ,I need to update gitlab version from 10.0.1 to latest,which version can I ignore to update to latest one?

The tool you use to update will vary, but you’ll need to indicate version numbers and follow the upgrade recommendations.
We recommend upgrading to the latest minor version of each major version because major versions contain backward-incompatible updates.
I also suggest creating a backup before attempting any major upgrades or changes to your system.
The suggested path from 10.0.1 to latest would be:
10.0.1 > 10.8.7 > 11.11.8 > 12.0.9 > 12.5.0
