Second: some upgrade questions

How can I be notified when a new version of omnibus gitlab has been released?

Where can I find a change log for any particular release, particularly what the administrator needs to be aware of (e.g. database upgrade)?

I would like to upgrade an omnibus/8.11.11 install to current. Should I upgrade to 8.11.12 then 8.11.13… until I get to the latest version? (Presumably I can use the answer to Q2 to answer this).
