Videos not visible on blog posts with performance cookies disabled

If I don’t consent to performance cookies on the blog, the videos are hidden. They appear to be YouTube videos — could they be embedded from https://youtube-nocookie.com instead for people who don’t consent to performance cookies?

That way, everybody can see them and GitLab can still be GDPR-compliant.
