I updated GitLab and saw the following message:

WARN: This release of Cinc Client became end of life (EOL) on May 1st 2024. Please update to a supported release to receive new features, bug fixes, and security updates.

Will there be problems with my GitLab server in the future?

No, because Gitlab updates the components that they use within their packages. When you upgrade in the future, at some point you will get a new version of the Cinc Client because Gitlab will have upgraded it.
