Screenshots are horrible to read, it’s best to copy/paste the actual text.
However, screenshot or copied text is not enough. You need to explain more about what you were actually doing and how you were attempting the upgrade process. That would be more helpful. Did you use yum/dnf to upgrade to pull the package from the internet, or did you download the package manually and attempt to install it.
Please post the actual commands you were using. And no screenshots please - copy and paste the text.
