Account Blocked

Dear GitLab staff,
My account has been blocked and I cannot log in. Here is my login email address: “Farzan.mc@gmail.com
Here is the message I get when I try to log in:
“Your account has been blocked. Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an error.”

You might want to open a ticket with Gitlab here regarding your blocked account..

@Farzanmc For help with this please create a support ticket at https://support.gitlab.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000803379. This will allow us to investigate further and release uwarranted account security blocks or rate limits. Thanks in advance.

Hi! Is there an updated solution for 2025, please? I also have the “Your account has been blocked. Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an error.“ message. I tried following the support ticket links, but they now only lead to a general support page. Gitlab support requires logging in, so it’s a bit pointless if I can’t login.

See FAQ - GitLab Forum with the note to register an account in the support portal (different system) and then use the blocked account path.
