Account got blocked almost instantly after creation

Hi.
I have registered a new account with my private address and after an account confirmation, first logon, key addition and checkout my account is reported as blocked.
No confirmation email or password reset request helps my situation. I only wanted to share an OSS project and now I am stuck.
