Blocked GitLab account

Hello,

shortly after signing up for GitLab I got logged out with an error message Your account has been blocked. Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an error.

Trying to log in gives the same error.

I didn’t even manage to work with repos yet! And my username does not contain anything inappropriate.

I had to post here as free users get no support.

As per GitLab’s statement of support, free users on GitLab.com are entitled to support when their account is in an unusable state. You can create a ticket at support.gitlab.com using the SaaS Account ticket form to get assistance with this.
