"bot" account counting as license seat

Hi,

We have taken a “starter” license for our GitLab instance, and I’ve noticed that a user account, which we are using as a “bot”, is using a license seat.

This account is declared with distinct SSH keys and API tokens which are used by external systems for performing background tasks on some repos. So, this account is not meant to be and is never used by a human.

I would like to known if there is a way to make such “bot” account not count as a license seat?
