Hello. I dont know if I created this topic into correct category but my problem is simple; I can not receive verification SMS from GitLab. What might be the reason and is there a solution?
Hi Sezar, That sounds pretty annoying! What happens when you press the “Verify my account” button? More details would be really helpful for figuring out the source of the issue.
Hi Colleen. I proceed to the step that it says “We’ve sent a verification code to …” and countdown starts. But it is not delivered. There might be a problem with international delivery but I can get messages from other services.
There are some well-known problems delivering SMS’es to certain countries, so you should really tell where you are in the world.
