I cannot purchase as well. I am only unable to purchase in one specific group.
The card could be used to purchase another group immediately before, so the card does not seem to be the cause.
To add, I have also already tried the solutions “provide your mailing address” in previous threads.
We’re running into the same issue. Did you find a solution? Or was it just Gitlab’s payment service that was down?
