I have the error “Your card was declined” while i`m trying to purchase the GitLab Certified Git Associate Exam (screenshot attached). All my credit card details are accurate and my card is up to date.
Please help me solve this issue.

You need Gitlab staff, and the only real way for that is by opening a ticket: Sign in to GitLab Support
