Yep! As the docs say this is available on all tiers.

Hi, I was referring to project access token. I think the doc you have referred in your response is related to personal access tokens

Apologies, you are quite right.

The actual docs say:

  • On GitLab SaaS if you have the Premium license tier or higher. Personal access tokens are not available with a trial license.
  • On self-managed instances of GitLab, with any license tier.
