Custom Project Templates option not available in GitLab.com Ultimate trial

Hi,
I’d like to try using custom project templates during my gitlab.com ultimate trial, however I don’t see this option in the group->settings->general section, as shown here: Setting Up GitLab CI: Group level Project Templates and CI Includes - YouTube

Is it possible with the free ultimate trial?

I’m experiencing the same issue with a premium plan. Are there any updates on this?
