I found a number of posts related to this error, but none seem to be applicable. When adding an rsa ssh key to gitlab, “Fingerprint cannot be generated” is returned and displayed twice. I’ve enabled debugging in the logs but nothing useful is printed. I’ve ensured selinux is disabled, no new lines in the key or special characters. This is occurring for any user that tries to add a key with our installation.
