Need to upgarde gitlab CE from 8.9.6 to 9.0 (without blocking users)
What is the best way to do it please ?
Is it possible to import directly the 8.9.6 export data into a fresh 9.0 installation?
or do I need to upgrade each version 8.9 to 8.10, 8.10 to 8.11
any experience ?
