Clicking the ‘Submit Form’ Link at final Stage gives the following Error. Very Frustrating after spending time to complete exam.
The webpage at GitLab Certified Associate Hands On Submission might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Works fine for me, just clicked that link. Maybe it was a temporary problem.

Yes , I have now managed to submit course. Thankyou.
Sorry, after further investigation it turns out the corporate network I was using blocks google drive (which also blocked google docs).
I had issues with missing button on v1.16 so assumed 1.18 had issues also. Turns out , it was fine.
