Gitlab doesn't send password reset link

Hi there, I have been encountering an issue with logging in Gitlab.

  • Gitlab doesn’t allow me to log in and always informs me that my current credential is wrong though we didn’t change it
  • Even when I have chosen “Forgot your password?” and filled my registered email address quite many times, I haven’t received any password recovery link yet.

Does anyone encounter the same problem? If yes and if resolved this successfully, may I know your workaround?

Unfortunately the forum can’t help with this, but you can submit a support ticket. Do select the Gitlab.com (SaaS) user accounts and login... option from the drop-down.
